Types of people you found in your workplace

Yes as you see on the title itself. Type of people that you often saw, meet or maybe bump into at your workplace. Indeed. Human comes with many characteristic hence you won't be able to avoid unless you work from home or you don't work at all. ( Oh please I so want this.,... not working but still heavenly rich ).

In your workplace, they most 'must have and exist' is the kaki kipas. In malay word it is kaki kipas. Now let me think in english what does it call. Its the person who often snuck up to your boss, acting almighty, pretending superior some even hijacking other people jobtask. In salary, they might not represent the job they done but in people eyes especially in their boss eyes they were the superior and 'goody two shoes' one. Ha...sounds familiar. Sadly I can't seem to put it in a word. hmmm. I wish I can write it more nicely. Oh dear I hate this people.

Then they will be a lazy bum. Like so lazy they always find a way to secretly sleeping, avoiding  doing the job and even played the games while working. This is concerning as this behavior will affect the teammates in general. The lazy bum usually most hated person as they often take advantage of other people. Hoping to have lazy bum to work their ass off. Please, you come to work so do your work!

Okay what's next.

People pleaser. These type is a bit different than kaki kipas but more to 'I must be accepted no matter what' so yes they will do whatever it is even though it was outside their liking or ability so people will like them people will accept them. They want to blend in, they want to be in. Pity them.

Next will be bullies. Yes. You can have bunch of bullies during working period not just in school era. Trust me when you found the adult version, it could be much more worst. This is bad. I have found some. I hate it too.

Then we will have a very dedicated staff/worker. Yes. It's rare but it does exist. They will be working their ass of so whole heartedly they even sacrifice everything in the name of working. They put their loyalty to the company and even their life if they can. Now this is when it could turn into bad things. Why? Because most of the time, the company will just love to take advantage. You are replaceable. I repeat. YOU ARE REPLACEABLE. If you die today, tomorrow they can find your replacement in a blink of eyes.

I think I should just stop now its getting emotional. LOL.

Why? Because I used to be the stupid dedicated person and I regret. .

Do your best in everything you do but there is a life outside your workplace. Okay?!
